Where do you ship to?
At the moment I am only shipping Australia wide, but this is something I would like to expand if there is an interest. If you're from overseas and would like to purchase my work, please send me an email: contact.lydia.grace@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?
Currently I only ship using standard Australia Post. I try to send out deliveries ASAP (1-2 business days after purchase) and delivery is estimated to be 5-10 business days after that.

What if my piece arrives broken/damaged?
If the customers order arrives broken/damaged/defected in a way that was not specified/ made clear to the customer at the time of purchase (either through product description or photo), the customer may be entitled to a refund if they are able to supply sufficient evidence to Lydia Grace as well as the order number and conducts the refund request within 30 days of the items delivery. This includes: 1-2 photos each of the item/s, its packaging and the damage. Lydia Grace is entitled to reject refund requests if deemed insufficient evidence is supplied, the request was made outside of the 30 day period or items received match what was shown/ described in the product description or product photo prior to purchase. Refund requests must be made via email: contact.lydia.grace@gmail.com.

Oops, I accidentally used the wrong shipping address.
Orders that are missing attempted deliveries or ordered with the wrong shipping address are returned to Lydia Grace. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address and therefore compensation for delivery is not eligible to the customer. If the items are successfully returned to Lydia Grace and are in the same condition as when originally sent, the customer may be subject to a refund of the item/s purchase price ONLY, or may have the item/s re-delivered to the correct delivery address. Price of re-shipping in such instances is not exempt and Lydia Grace is entitled to reject refund requests if pieces are returned damaged or altered.

What if I change my mind after purchase?
As I operate on such a small scale, each sale makes a big impact. Therefore I unfortunately can't offer refunds for changes of mind after an order has been shipped. However, you may be eligible for a refund if the order is yet to be shipped and you can provide the order number. Email requests must be made via email: contact.lydia.grace@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and prior to shipment.

Can I request a refund for in-person purchases?
Sorry, but I don't offer refunds for in person purchases. Once the item/s are given to the customer and the purchase has been fulfilled, the item/s is no longer eligible for a refund as responsibility for the item/s is then subject to the customer.

I think someone used my credit card to purchase from your store.
If you believe someone has used your card to purchase from my store, please contact me at contact.lydia.grace@gmail.com, before notifying your bank. There have been ongoing scams targeting small businesses with fraudulent purchases and it is most helpful to contact the business directly to resolve the issue.

All images, content and work displayed on this site is protected via copyright law. All work produced by Lydia Grace is protected and cannot be copied, re-distributed, re-sold or edited and re-published without permission from Lydia Grace. Any work produced by Lydia Grace and distributed to clients is also protected and cannot be edited or distributed beyond which was agreed upon in the contract supplied by Lydia Grace.
